Refund, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Archdale Integrative Medicine, we value our patients and strive to provide exceptional care and a positive experience. Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient, and our policies are designed to respect both our patients' schedules and our providers' time.

 

$50 Booking Fee

A $50 booking fee is required to reserve an appointment with Archdale Integrative Medicine. The $50 booking fee will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled visit or service when the appointment is completed. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your $50 booking fee may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment rather than forfeited. We ask that you contact our office as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so that we have an opportunity to offer your original appointment time to another patient.

 

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited if cancelled after 24 hours of booking. If you decide to schedule a new appointment at a later date after canceling, a new $50 booking fee will be required to reserve the new appointment.

 

No-Shows

Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not contact the office to cancel or reschedule will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit the $50 booking fee. A new $50 booking fee will be required before scheduling another appointment. 

 

Wellness Consultations

Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Payment for a consultation covers the provider's professional time, evaluation, and services provided during the appointment. Payment does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, medication, or outcome.

 

Aesthetic & Wellness Treatments

Payments for treatments or services that have already been performed are non-refundable. Individual responses to medical, aesthetic, and wellness treatments vary. Archdale Integrative Medicine cannot guarantee a particular result or outcome from any treatment or service. If you have concerns following a treatment, please contact our office so that we can evaluate your concerns and discuss appropriate follow-up options.

 

Prepaid Services & Treatment Packages

Prepaid treatment packages and promotional services are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Partially used packages are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Unused prepaid services may be considered for account credit at the discretion of Archdale Integrative Medicine and subject to the terms of the original purchase.

 

Promotional pricing, complimentary services, and discounted portions of packages have no separate cash value. Packages and prepaid services may not be transferred to another person unless specifically authorized by Archdale Integrative Medicine.

 

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

 

Retail Products

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used skincare, wellness, prescription, or other healthcare-related products generally cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law. Please contact our office promptly if you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Promotions & Special Offers

Purchases made as part of a promotion, special event, discounted package, or limited-time offer are generally non-refundable and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved by Archdale Integrative Medicine, it will generally be returned to the original form of payment when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, or payment processor.
